Drilling and Grouting
ZED carries out Drilling and Grouting works for major and minor water retaining structures like Dams, Weirs, Irrigations Tanks, Earthern Bunds and also for Soil Stabilisation works for improvement of Bearing Capacities of Founding Stratum.
Grouting is the process of filling up voids or cavities in any part of a system, in order to consolidate the mass into one integral unit by means of injecting cementious material in fluid state under pressure with sufficient viscosity to penetrate the unit to a uniform distance around the point of grouting. Grout is inserted through a series of strategically drilled holes. We make use of latest grout pumps and accessories for improving the efficacy of the grout.
